Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TerraMonIL runs a community Minecraft server at play.mcterramonil.net, this website and the TerraMonIL Launcher. Contact: support@mcterramonil.net.

We are an independent fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or the Cobblemon project.

2. Your account

• You need a legitimate, paid Minecraft: Java Edition account. Cracked or shared accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for everything done on your account, including by a sibling or friend using your computer
• Do not share your account, and tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised
• Staff accounts on this website are personal. Do not share the password

3. Server rules

These apply in game, on this site and on our Discord:

• No cheating. No hacked clients, X-ray, auto-clickers, macros, duping or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, report it
• No harassment. No bullying, threats, racism, sexual content, or targeting anyone for who they are. Our players are children — behave accordingly
• No griefing or stealing from other players' builds or containers
• No advertising other servers, shops or Discord communities
• No real-money trading. Do not buy, sell or trade accounts, items or ranks for real money outside our store
• No impersonating staff or claiming to speak for TerraMonIL
• Do not share personal information — yours or anyone else's — in chat
• Follow staff instructions. Argue a decision by email, not by disrupting the server

We may change these rules as the community grows, and significant changes are announced on Discord.

4. Enforcement

Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a mute, a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on how serious it is. Serious cases — cheating, harassment, threats — may result in a permanent ban with no warning.

To appeal a ban, email support@mcterramonil.net. We will look at it properly, but our decision is final.

5. Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Tebex Limited, which is the seller of record for your transaction
• If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission before buying anything
• You are buying a limited personal licence to use content on our server. You are not buying property, and it has no value outside the server
• Content may be changed, rebalanced or removed as the server develops
• Purchases are tied to the Minecraft account named at checkout and cannot be transferred

In line with Minecraft's Commercial Usage Guidelines, purchases are intended to support the server's running costs. We aim to keep the game fair for everyone, whether or not they have spent money.

6. The launcher

The TerraMonIL Launcher installs Minecraft, Java and our mod pack, and signs you in through your own Microsoft account. It is provided as is. Use it at your own risk, keep backups of anything you care about, and note that mods can occasionally cause crashes or world corruption.

Some antivirus software flags the installer because it is not code-signed. That is a false positive. Only download the launcher from mcterramonil.net.

7. Availability

We are a community project, not a company with guaranteed uptime. The server may be offline for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and may reset, change substantially or close entirely. We will give notice on Discord where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and cannot compensate for downtime.

8. Your content

Builds, screenshots and chat you create on our server may be shown on our website, Discord or social media. If you would rather something was not used, tell us and we will remove it.

9. Liability

We provide the server and launcher as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost progress, lost items, downtime or damage arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, or any other applicable law.
