In short: purchases are final once delivered. The two exceptions are if we fail to deliver what you paid for, and where the law says otherwise.
Purchases on this site are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for your transaction. Your payment, invoice and card statement are handled by Tebex, and any refund is issued by Tebex.
TerraMonIL operates the Minecraft server and delivers the in-game content you buy. Contact us first at support@mcterramonil.net and we will help resolve the problem or raise it with Tebex on your behalf.
Everything sold here is digital in-game content — ranks, crate keys, battle passes and similar — delivered to your account immediately or as soon as you next log in. Once delivered, a purchase cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit for:
Under Israeli consumer law, the right to cancel a distance sale does not apply to information products as defined in the Computers Law, 1995, nor to content that can be copied or duplicated once supplied. The in-game content sold here falls into that category.
This is different, and here you are covered.
If your payment completed but the content never arrived — the rank did not apply, the crate keys never appeared, the battle pass was not granted — that is our failure, not a change of mind. Email support@mcterramonil.net with your Minecraft username and the Tebex transaction ID. We will deliver what you paid for, or arrange a refund through Tebex if we cannot.
Delivery can be delayed if the server is offline or you are not logged in. Commands are queued and run when you next join, so please allow a little time before reporting a problem.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything.
If a purchase was made by a child without a parent's permission, the parent or guardian should contact support@mcterramonil.net. We will review these cases individually and in good faith, and nothing in this policy limits any right a parent or guardian has under Israeli law.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting us first will result in the removal of the purchased content and a permanent ban from the server and our Discord. We would much rather solve the problem directly — email us and we will.
In-game content has no monetary value outside the server and cannot be sold, traded for real money, or transferred between accounts. Buying it grants a limited personal licence to use it on our server, not ownership of anything. Content may be changed, rebalanced or removed as the server develops.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, or any other applicable law. Where this policy and the law conflict, the law applies.

אם טרם מלאו לכם 18, עליכם לקבל אישור מהורה או אפוטרופוס לפני כל רכישה.
אם רכישה בוצעה על ידי קטין ללא אישור הורה, על ההורה או האפוטרופוס לפנות לכתובת support@mcterramonil.net. נבחן כל פנייה כזו לגופה ובתום לב, ואין באמור במדיניות זו כדי לגרוע מזכויות המוקנות להורה או לאפוטרופוס על פי דין.
אנא פנו אלינו לפני שאתם מגישים בקשת ביטול חיוב לבנק או לחברת האשראי. ביטול חיוב שיוגש ללא פנייה מוקדמת אלינו יוביל להסרת התוכן שנרכש ולחסימה קבועה מהשרת ומהדיסקורד שלנו. אנו מעדיפים בהרבה לפתור את הבעיה ישירות — כתבו לנו ונעשה זאת.
לתוכן בתוך המשחק אין ערך כספי מחוץ לשרת, ולא ניתן למכור אותו, לסחור בו בכסף אמיתי או להעבירו בין חשבונות. הרכישה מקנה רישיון אישי ומוגבל לשימוש בתוכן בשרת שלנו בלבד, ולא בעלות בנכס כלשהו. התוכן עשוי להשתנות, לעבור איזון מחדש או להיות מוסר ככל שהשרת מתפתח.
אין במדיניות זו כדי לגרוע מזכויות המוקנות לכם לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, או לפי כל דין אחר. בכל מקרה של סתירה בין מדיניות זו לבין הוראות הדין, יגברו הוראות הדין.
