1. Who we are

TerraMonIL operates the Minecraft server at play.mcterramonil.net, this website, the TerraMonIL Launcher and our Discord community. For questions about your data, email support@mcterramonil.net.

2. What we collect

When you play on the server

• Your Minecraft username and UUID
• Your IP address, recorded in server logs for security and abuse prevention
• In-game activity needed to run the game: progress, inventory, ranks, purchases, playtime
• Chat messages and moderation records, including any warnings or bans

When you use this website

• The Minecraft username you enter, so we can show the right account and deliver purchases
• A language preference and a shopping cart reference, stored in your own browser
• For staff accounts only: a username and a password, which is stored hashed and never in plain text
• Technical request data such as IP address and browser type, processed by Cloudflare, who host the site

When you use the launcher

• You sign in with your own Microsoft account. That sign-in happens directly with Microsoft — we never see your Microsoft password
• The resulting access token is stored on your own computer, not on our servers
• Your Minecraft username, UUID and skin, used to launch the game and show your profile

When you join our Discord

• Your Discord username and ID, and any messages you send in our server, handled under Discord's own privacy policy

3. What we do not collect

• No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no behavioural profiling
• No payment details. Card numbers are handled entirely by Tebex and never reach us
• No real names, addresses or phone numbers. We do not ask for them and do not want them

4. Why we use it

• To run the server, save your progress and deliver what you bought
• To enforce the rules and investigate cheating, harassment or abuse
• To answer your support emails
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for marketing. Ever.

5. Who else receives data

Running the service means a few other companies process some data on our behalf:

• Tebex — handles all purchases and payments as merchant of record
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores the server files
• Falix — hosts the Minecraft server
• Microsoft / Mojang — verifies your Minecraft account when you sign in
• mc-heads.net and playerdb.co — receive a username to look up a skin or a UUID
• api.mcsrvstat.us — tells the website whether the server is online
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address in the process
• Discord — if you join our community server

6. Players under 18

Please do not share your full name, address, school, phone number or other personal details in chat. Our moderators will remove such messages when they see them.

7. How long we keep it

• Game data — while your account is active on the server
• Server and security logs — a short period, then deleted automatically
• Purchase records — kept by Tebex for as long as their records and tax law require
• Moderation records for banned accounts — kept so bans can be enforced
• Support emails — kept while needed to resolve your issue

8. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it

Email support@mcterramonil.net from the address you normally use, and include your Minecraft username. If you are in the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR and may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Deleting your data means losing your progress, ranks and purchases, and it cannot be undone.

9. Security

The website and API run over HTTPS. Staff passwords are stored hashed. Access to the server and admin tools is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us immediately if you think an account has been compromised.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord.
